AOLC (Pty) Ltd does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated response and accepts no liability for academic outcomes resulting from reliance on this service. Always verify important information with your teacher or official Department of Basic Education materials.
AOLC CAT and IT Mentor ("the Service") is an AI-powered tutoring assistant for South African Computer Applications Technology (CAT) learners and teachers, operated by AOLC (Pty) Ltd ("AOLC", "we", "us"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

The AOLC CAT and IT Mentor platform, branding, and interface are the intellectual property of AOLC (Pty) Ltd. CAPS curriculum content referenced in the platform is the property of the South African Department of Basic Education. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of the Service without written permission from AOLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, AOLC (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:
AOLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
AOLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in abuse, or provides false registration information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
